Hi everybody,
It's me, GIGGLES. I just thought I'd spend a little time telling you about my pal, Barney. I used to feel sorry for Barney because he had a pretty tough time growing up. It must have been horrible to be the only bird in the nest, and even worse to be so odd-looking, and the only bird in the nest. Those were only a couple of Barney The Big-Eared Bird's problems, but that was a long time ago, and now he is a .. aw, there I go again. I almost told you the whole story. I'll just tell you a little bit so I don't ruin it for you.

Barney lives in the Fantastic Forest high up in the Magic Mountains. He was hatched with big ole' floppy ears that stuck out all over the nest, and he also had bad eyes. In fact, he was hatched with such bad eyes that he came with big, thick, horned-rimmed glasses. His father, King Bertrum Bald Eagle, protects the Fantastic Forest from all intruders with his keen eyesight. Because his father is King, that means that Barney is the Crown Prince and will someday inherit the throne. But Barney is not very handsome like his regal father, and also, since Barney cannot see very well, how can he protect the Fantastic Forest?
